Michelin-starred TV chef Tom Kerridge is going to launch his most ambitious and exciting project yet when he combines the two most popular resolutions in one go; to lose weight and to get fit… And for the first time he’s going to take part too. Tom used to be overweight and unfit. Things are better now but he’s plateaued lately and believes it might be time for a reboot. In this series Tom is challenging a new gang of volunteers to lose weight and get fit in a lasting and sustainable way. The 10-week plan begins with a 4-week turbo-charged ‘kickstart’ and as ever, nutrition and fitness advice come from respected and authoritative sources and a selection of great recipes that can be copied at home. But in the end it’s about embracing healthier lifestyles and building positive relationships together, all fuelled by food they’ll love.
